Glenmore Park Brumbies RLFC Vision
Firstly, the Glenmore Park Brumbies Executive Committee would like to welcome all returning and new members to our Club for the 2023 season. Our goals are to continue to improve on the executive goals and achievements of previous years in sport and recreation, with a particular community focus, for all club members and patrons. Glenmore Park will continue to encourage community participation in sports and active recreation activities that benefit the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. We see a need for the community to rally behind our youth in order to help them develop their skills in sports and in life. We hope your children benefit from our club and gain a better understanding of it.
Ambitions of Glenmore More Park Brumbies JRLFC
Our ambitions are to take our sporting program from not just rugby league which we continue to keep growing with the introduction of women playing league in 2015, but to a wider range of sports in future (Netball, Rugby Union ETC, by encouraging a healthier lifestyle that includes physical activity), economic participation equates to helping our youth into pre employment (through sporting opportunities for Brumbies people such as a sport and recreation traineeship for example, will assist our club to become a pathway for our children to achieve and also provide pre employment in any work place) Part of this is to invite all our sponsors give all the clubs children the first opportunity to be part of their establishment. This is achievable via other external networking services as well as a safer community (by providing an alternative for the youth with our program, to steer away from anti-social behavior out on the streets). Most of us all teach our kids better social behavior that is acceptable in the wider Community.
Goals of Glenmore Park Brumbies JRLFC
In order to strive for excellence for the future growth and success of the Glenmore Park Brumbies JRLFC is going to ask all our sponsors to take part in offering our clubs children the first opportunity to be part of their establishment. We need to ensure that there is a plan in place where it is essential to the growth and development of our children. As a club it would be put in place so that everyone associated with the club and community can work together towards our goals. The Executive Committee encourages everyone from our players, parents, coaching staff, committee, sponsors and supporters to fully support our common goals for our club to be successful.
Our plan is to promote growth in key areas of the Club’s operations and set targets that are realistic, but set at a level that raises the bar and allows us to achieve. The key areas that we will target are as follows:
Community
Children welfare for work
Annual Turnover
Increase in Player Numbers
Training and Skills Development
Committee Roles
Club Governance
Expansion of Training and Playing Facilities
Future Leagues Club Development
